- We are in the final stretch before our next concert
-
Date Posted: Sun, 8 Mar 2026
As we move into the final stretch before our next concert, things have naturally gone a little quieter on the news front — not because nothing is happening, but because so much of the work is now happening in rehearsals. Most of the planning and administration was completed well in advance, and we’re now fully focused on bringing the music to life.
The choir is sounding increasingly confident, and each rehearsal is adding that extra layer of polish that only comes with time, attention, and singing together. It’s always exciting to feel a programme settling into place, and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you very soon.
Thank you, as always, for your support and enthusiasm. The countdown has begun

Date Posted: Tue, 12 Aug 2025

We are thrilled to share the news that we have asked Jordan to take on the role of Music Director and that he has accepted.
David Gibson, his predecessor, left the role at the end of March 2025, and while we udertook our search for a replacement, Ben Cooper led us magnificently as our Guest MD. But now, Jordan takes up his post from 10th September when we start work on preparing for our November concert.
We are all very excited and cannot wait for our audience to meet him in November
